The resources we create, our books, etc., offer significant substance and practicality. Additionally, we carefully select a few outside resources that offer the same quality we demand from our own products. Because of this, we believe you will be more than satisfied with anything you order from our organization. However, there are times when items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. In these rare cases, we are more than happy to replace them for you.
Return Policy for U.S. Customers:
1. You may return any damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item within 30 days by way of the U.S. Postal Service and we will ship a replacement and reimburse you for postage.
2. Any item with which you are not satisfied (not as expected, arrived too late, etc.), if returned within 30 days and received back by us in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund for the merchandise cost only.
3. Unopened computer software, videos, DVDs or other media may be returned for refund as per 1 or 2 above. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.
4. Any return not complying with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee at our discretion.
