Our 6-Step Process

Discovery

This process begins with a discussion to determine what questions you have and to see if a coaching relationship will be beneficial to you and your organization. This generally can be done via telephone, but it can take up to an hour or more.

Diagnosis

This is where we analyze and assess what challenges you are facing and what your needs are. Perspective is gained by observing rehearsals and services on-site or by interview and conversation with you and your team. Although some aspects of diagnosis can be completed relatively quickly, this process can take weeks to bring to a final conclusion.

Direction

This part of the process is where we determine the action steps necessary to take you to where you want to be. We will offer a written report based on our observations and interactions. Specific action steps will be suggested for you.

Development

Equipping you and your team with the skills necessary to achieve your defined goals, increase proficiency and effectiveness. Beyond simply offering direction, in this step we come along side and help you through the process. More than just pointing the way, we think it can be better to walk with the person, helping and guiding where necessary.

Dialogue

To maintain forward motion, weekly accountability calls or meetings will provide you with additional coaching, evaluation, encouragement and support while assessing the progress of you and your team. This longer-term process offers ongoing help and accountability.

Down Time

It is important as a leader and a team to take time to retreat and reflect. These are unifying overnight events that strengthen and bring synergy to your team. These events may take place as a part of any of the above steps or as a capstone get-away to celebrate the growth and achievement of your ministry.
